My focus is simple. I want to build the best financial advice firm in Australia, a place where wonderful clients receive exceptional advice and service from a talented team who genuinely care.

I was fortunate to be mentored early in my career by Noel Whittaker. Working alongside him during the GFC shaped a lot of who I am as an adviser. It taught me that when the world feels uncertain, clients need three things: a purpose-built plan, the clarity to understand why it matters and a steady hand to help them stay the course.

In 2009, I launched Centaur Financial Services to help more Australians feel calm and in control of their financial world.

The business has grown, the team has expanded and our services have evolved, but one thing has stayed the same: the relationships. A lot of the clients who trusted me in those early days are still with us, and now we’re helping their kids and, in some cases, their grandkids. It’s a truly fulfilling privilege that I don’t take lightly.

I have been fortunate to receive industry recognition along the way, with awards including Barron’s Top 100 Financial Adviser, IFA Investment Adviser of the Year and FS Power 50 Adviser. I have also shared insights on The Australian’s Money Puzzle podcast, and in Money Magazine, the Financial Review and The New Daily.

Outside the office, life is full. My wife Joanne and I are basically a taxi service for our four kids, Archer, Harvey, Jack and Eloise. I coach basketball, hit the gym when I can, and stay involved in the community through Gold Coast basketball and the kids’ school.
